I work with leaders and aspiring leaders, helping them to navigate key career transitions and overcome the professional and personal challenges that matter most to them.
My clients range from mid-career professionals to senior partners, entrepreneurs and CEOs working across business, law, finance, medicine, consulting, non-profits and academia. Areas I often help them with include:
Taking charge of their career direction and trajectory (including finding a new role)
Transitioning into new role or re-entering the workplace after burnout
Managing difficult relationships (e.g. with their board, boss or CEO)
Building confidence and 'executive presence'
Developing critical skills like handling tough conversations and giving feedback
Managing anxiety, stress, overwhelm and burnout
Cultivating greater self-awareness and growing as a leader

How I work
My coaching is tailored to meet your needs and help you to achieve your goals. Engagements typically last from 3 to 12 months and can either be paid for by an employer or self-funded. We'd generally start by meeting twice a month for an hour (usually online using Zoom or equivalent, but in person where practical), with support available in between. And although we may deal with big and serious 'stuff' - whatever is truly important to you - that doesn't mean our sessions can't be fun as well as insightful and impactful.
I've coached clients based in the UK, Europe and North America and welcome the opportunity to support you, regardless of your background or time zone.
